The role:

As a senior member of the Group Internal Audit IT team, you’ll be responsible for assessing our current systems and processes, establishing where IT presents new opportunities and new risks and suggesting where improvements could be made. As well as being responsible for the quality of audit work delivered by the team, you’ll act as a key point of contact for the business, and influence strategic decision-making all the way to board level.

The person:

A qualified IT professional, you’ll need five plus years practical experience in either a consulting, auditing or IT management role. Auditing experience within a similar FTSE 100 environment would obviously be an advantage. But more important is a deep understanding of new and emerging technologies and of course, the ability to lead and mentor junior members of the team.
