The role:
As a member of Group Internal Audit’s IT team
you’ll be responsible for performing complex audits, both individually
and as part of the team. In each case, you’ll be evaluating our
systems and processes to ensure we’re managing our risks effectively
and, where necessary, advise us on appropriate courses of action and
help us drive though change. We will look to you to challenge both
senior management within the Group and external IT providers to help
facilitate the identification of risks and provide best value for money
for the company.
The person:
You’ll need two to three years practical
experience in a consulting, auditing or IT management role.
Auditing experience within a similar FTSE 100 environment would
obviously be an advantage. But more important is a good understanding of
new and emerging technologies, and their application in a similarly
fast-moving, commercial environment.
