Hello and thank you for visiting this site.  

I would like to ask for your support in raising money for Macmillan Cancer Relief, a charity that works to improve the quality of life for people living with cancer.

Macmillan Cancer Relief provides expert care, and practical and emotional support for people living with cancer. This is achieved through specialist Macmillan nurses and doctors who deliver the best in cancer care, treatment centres, financial help and a range of cancer information.

Last November, Herbert Boardman lost his fight against cancer and I lost a brother and a dear friend.  So this one is for you Herb.  And a big thanks to Macmillan for the support you provide to those affected by cancer. 

London 2003 will be my seventh marathon, the others being London 1990, 1995, 1997, 1999,  2002 and Berlin 2001.  I hope to run NY in November and have a place carried over from last year.
