8. Librarian
8.1. Terms of Reference
The librarian is responsible for the
Chapter’s books, papers, notes and archive records. They are kept
at the Guildhall Library in the City of London.
8.2. Main Objectives
To publicise the existence of the
library and to collect the books and records.
8.3. List of Tasks
Annual - Ensure the Guildhall is paid.
Other Periodic - Once a quarter to write a short
article for Datawatch.

UK - The Librarian (Ms Irene Gilchrist),
Guildhall Library, Aldermanbury, London EC2P 2EJ. Also, Kate Royce
at the Guildhall Library.
8.5. Amount of Time Required
One day per year plus ? day per
quarter.

Current - None
Envisaged - The Chapter has an annual commitment to
pay the Guildhall.
