Introduction
This
Chapter Manual was produced in 1999 at the request of Past President Derek Oliver. (Note CM 5/99).
While the
Chapter Duties section is almost complete it is hoped that the other
sections, Financial Procedures and Administration Procedures will be
completed in due course
In November 2001 the manual was made available online (within the Board's restricted area) to enable the
members of the Board to review it and make updates where appropriate.
Any additions or amendments should
be made by sending an email to the Webmaster.
